This work engages with the persistent imbalance of gender equity, addressing the tension between progress and the structures that continue to frame women as subjects of “integration” rather than as equal participants.
While contemporary discourse suggests a moment of advancement, the language and systems surrounding recognition—both symbolic and economic—reveal ongoing disparities. The work reflects on this contradiction, where visibility does not always translate into equality.
Drawing on historical continuities, it points to the necessity of balance—not as an ideal, but as a condition for societal evolution. In this context, the piece positions itself as both a reflection and a proposition: that equity is not a future goal, but an overdue reality.
